Mô tả công việc
1. Checking the M&E design (including but not limited the power supply, lighting system, telecommunication, CCTV, …) to ensure that all the design work done are in accordance with applicable standards or specification whether local, national or international standards.
2. Inspect, report the project status and keep proposed schedule weekly, monthly under project schedule by supporting methodologies and/or alternative solution to solve technical matter
3. Coordinate with Civil Engineer, Architect in order to ensure the unique design under relevant law and as requirement of Investor.
4. To assist and provide technical support and solutions to Investor, Consultant, Contractors.
5. Coordinate and provide engineering and technical supports to Construction team related to site construction matter.
6. Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
7. Undertake cost analysis for new construction, repair and maintenance works
8. Perform risk management, value engineering and cost control.
9. Examining, comparing and clarifying BOQ of tenderers
10. Prepare and analyze cost for change orders and contractual claims
11. Analyze outcomes and write detailed progress reports
12. Other tasks as assigned by the manager

1. Bachelor degree of related majors in Mechanical/Electrical or other related Engineering disciplines.
2. Minimums 10 years experience in equivalent position.
3. Understanding of design work and Experience in construction in power station system, electricity, telecommunication, CCTV, ….
4.Understand the law on investment, construction, bidding, investment, trade.
5. English: (listening, speaking, reading, writing): good.
6. Office software: Word, Excel, Project, Power point, Auto cad, Internet ... and design applications, calculations support for work.
