Omnibus Partners is a cross border M&A firm headquartered in Singapore. We are expanding its business in Vietnam, S.E.A. and Japan. Our core "edge" is an access to Japan M&A market from S.E.A.
Position - M&A Consultant, M&A Advisor
Title - Manager/Executive Director
Reporting Line - Senior Management
Location - Ho Chi Minh City
Salary - Monthly basic salary + AWS (1M bonus) + performance based Incentives
Benefits - Health Insurance + other allowances
Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage the relationships with Vietnamese professional companies such as law firms, accounting firms and consulting firms, to build a good business network there
• Source for business owners who intend to sell/buy their companies
• Actively expand business networks including seminar organize, cold calls.
• Assist potential clients with the various stages of the sale process (inquiries on services, meetings, email and phone correspondences, relationship building, preparation of documents, etc.)

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 2 years of M&A experience (preferably deal sourcing / origination)
• Ability to cultivate strong relationships with business owners and other stakeholders
• Possess initiative, passion, enthusiasm and drive
• Articulate and confident in presentation
• Team player
• Native Vietnamese, with a proficiency in English
• 4大卒以上
• M&Aのソーシングのご経験のある方
• ベトナム企業にネットワークのある方は特に歓迎
• ベトナム語ネイティブ、英語ビジネスレベル以上、中国語その他東南アジア言語堪能な方優遇
