The Business Development Manager is responsible for B2B & B2C sales activities within AGS Ho Chi Minh City office. Outstanding communication skills are required in English & Vietnamese with the ability to communicate at all levels. This is a busy, fun & at times demanding position within our fast paced team, supporting our important clients. AGS Services include International Relocations, Records Managements – Archiving & Office Relocations. Our clients are MNC, private organizations, global foreign offices & NGO’s across Vietnam.

Responsibilities
-Market Research
-Build B2B sales pipeline
-Build B2C business, site surveys, consultation, quotation & follow up
-Build relationships with prospective clients
-Arranging meetings & understanding clients’ needs
-Matching needs & sell AGS service solutions
-Fast response & provision of service proposals
-Presentations
-Singing contracts & SLA’s
-Creativity, development of sales & marketing strategy & deployment
-Development & coordination of marketing activities
-Support Events sponsored by AGS
-Attend business events
-Vietnamese Nationality or Junior Expat
-Fluency in English Language
-Good Experience in 2B2 business development
-Experience in MNC environment is essential
-Outstanding communication, presentation & organization skills
-The ability to listen, understand, action
-Creativity in marketing & sales strategy
-Detail orientated
-High energy
-The ability to improvise
-Experience working with different cultures
-Fast learning, can do attitude & drive
-Highly proficient in administration, MS office, outlook, databases
-Market Research
