• Provide technical support to key account customer (owner, consultant, ME contractor and panel builder) in Vietnam.
• Propose the best products and systems for customer’s requirement.
• Station at Mitsubishi Electric Vietnam – Hanoi Rep Office.
• Manage customer’s claims/investigations related to the product clarification, service/product satisfaction.
• Monitor customer feedbacks to develop procedures and policies.
• Provide training to some customers about our LVS products.
• Other duties as assigned.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Male / Female, 28 – 35 years old.
• University graduated in major Engineering.
• Good English communication skills.
• About 5 year experience for electrical distribution system field.
• Experience of LVS manufacturer is also acceptable.
• Able to use electrical measuring instrument.
• Good knowledge in LVS products and Distribution system.
• Self-motivation and keen to learn new things.
• Able to work in a fast pace environment.
• Strong written and oral skills to prepare reports and communications with public and partners.
• High level of customer service orientation and commitment.
• Ability to work in a multi tasking environment.
• University graduated in major Engineering.
• Good English communication skills.
• About 5 year experience for electrical distribution system field.
