Logistics Support

** The Sales Support Role:
- As a Sales Manager you are a core part of our growth & development strategy and are the face of our brand to our wholesale customers.
- The role involves working closely with our sales, brewery, and taproom teams to support the sales process for both the wholesale and taproom. Many areas of support cross multiple teams/roles.
- We’re planning for rapid growth and expansion with an initial focus on Saigon, but plan to expand within Vietnam and regionally within one year – this is a role that you can help define and will offer you the chance to focus on our core local market of Saigon or, if you choose, to travel and help open up new markets within Vietnam and regionally.

** Key Responsibilities:
- Process incoming sales orders and input them quickly and accurately into the relevant systems.
- Package canned products, including applying labels and boxing.
- Preparing and fulfilling outgoing orders for shipment to customers, including sorting products, printing supporting documents, booking delivery drivers (in Saigon and remote provinces), confirming orders were delivered, and ensuring delivery notes are signed, scanned, and uploaded to the relevant systems.
- Work with wholesale customers and answer questions, provide support and information, and, when necessary, manage our technical service providers to resolve issues with our draft serving systems.
- Work with local suppliers to prepare marketing materials, including printers, signage, t-shirts, glassware, etc.
- Work closely with all members of Winking Seal Beer Co. including the wholesale, brewery, taproom, finance, and senior management team to ensure smooth functioning of logistics, including internal transfers, storage of products, and accurately recording and updating relevant systems.
- Based on the training and guides we will provide to become fluent and self-sufficient in using our backend business management, finance, and sales systems.

- Ability to lift packaged product across storage facilities (up to 30L kegs).
- Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations while maintaining the highest quality of product and other established standards.
- Flexibility with schedule requirements.
- Fluent in both English and Vietnamese (written and verbal).
