Mô tả công việc
Manage international and domestic transport activities:
*Manage transport in chemical industry (DG & Non DG)
*Maintain & Set up cost and design optimal route and means of transportation
*Follow up to get quotation & shipping schedule with forwarders.
*Work with insurance company to claim for the issue related to logistics (customs, transport & warehouse
issue)
*Join periodical meeting with regional for international transportation
*Work with vendors to improve the service and optimize the cost
Manage customs clearance activities:
*Supervise outsource team.
*Customs Compliance: Ensure the customs clearance activities in conformity with local regulation (regarding
tax requirements)
*Update customs law to Logistics team monthly.
Vendor Management (customs and transportation):
*Manage KPI, Lead MBR / QBR meeting and follow action
*Seek opportunities to make continuous improvements from vendors
*Verify the billing to ensure the company pays the right amount & timely
*Report from Vendors to Henkel (VN & Regional) on time

Yêu cầu ứng viên
*Bachelors degree in Foreign Trade – Industrial Management / Transportation /Logistics
*At least 2 years working experience in Import/Export, Transport, Warehouse is advanced, especially
chemical industry including DG knowledge is preferred
*Good in spoken and written English.
*Analytical skill, SAP, ISO
