Logistics Supervisor

*Logistics/customs specialist is in charge of data analysis and reporting upon requirements of procedures, KPI monitoring or other managing purposes.
*Planning demand for Pharmanex and Cosmetics products to ensure sufficiency stock for Vietnam market
*Co-ordinate with broker to successfully clear all shipments and well understand basically on Customs regulations
*Well arrange forecast meeting with sales, marketing and warehouse to analyze monthly forecast to Head Quarter
*Good controlling on quality as well as monitoring the right products follow the right import license
*Implement and conduct enhanced activities and projects to improve Logistics operations, lower cost and wastes.

Key responsibilities):
1. Attend to many tasks to ensure that goods are shipped and delivered in a timely manner and that the inventory levels are sufficiently maintained.

2. Control stock level within market by daily reviewing inventory management through SAP (MRP).

3. Responsible for liquidity report that require deep analysis in finished Goods flow from incoming until export to customers.

4.Work with operating units, other staffs, customs service providers, forwarders and carriers to assure the smooth flow of finished goods to the plants & finished goods from the plant, accuracy of relevant documents, on-time delivery and proper customs declaration; promptly escalate errors to certain levels.

5.Support to manage and monitor the daily operation of ocean/ air freight, custom clearance activities, packing process.

6.Freight cost handling: contacts with partners concerning transport logistics and freight as well as work with the accounting for the payment of the cost of delivery.

7.Arrange improvement projects/ideas to improve logistics procedure: included shipping, compliance and warehouse.

8. Others job assigned by Supply Chain Manager

1. Bachelor’s degree or similar background
2. Experience in Supply Chain: Logistics, Import & Export, Planning, Warehouse and Inventory control
3. Good communication skill/Excellence Service Mind, Fluency writing and communicating in English
4. Ability to handle multiple tasks.
5. Knowledge of SAP programs and report generations would be advantage.

Working time: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm
