Mô tả công việc
* PURPOSE AND SCOPE
• Continue to bring good customer service, satisfaction & appreciation to clients/factories/partners.
• Become more professional logistics team
• Co-operate/support more closely with other departments
* RESPONSIBILITY
• Ensure to bring good customer service, satisfaction & appreciation to clients/agents/partners.
• Ensure to follow exactly general SOP & SOP for each customer,
• Ensure your work run well and have a good team-work, back-up, rotation in order to minimize complaints from customers/ Eurofar/ partners.
• Co-operate/support more closely with other departments
• Approve booking
• Transfer data to accounting to issue invoice Eurofar – Client
• Collect document from factories
• Check again LC requirement before courier full set of requested document
• Up load document to Tilsoft
• Arrange booking via courier
• Follow up sales-cost and update on Til Soft
• Person in charge to control and solve issues related shipment
* AUTHORITY :
• Have the right to contact with factories / Eurofar/shipping line / forwarders to check related information as well send shipping docs, notice, update the good status.
• Have the right to work directly with all departments of company

* QUALIFICATIONS AND KNOWLEDGE
• College / University (Foreign Trade / Business Administration)
• Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook English fluency
* EXPERIENCE
• Over 01 years experienced in import-export function
• Good knowledge of Forwarding & Logistics Field is preferable
* INTERNAL & EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS
• Report directly to supervisor / manager Report Indirectly to
• Interaction to all Managers & staff
• Cooperate to with other departments (sales/ merchandisers, accounting, warehouses, pricing), Eurofar, factories, shipping lines/ forwarder, sub-contractors…..
• Others Departments: admin, HR, IT if needed

When Vietnam opened its borders in 1993, We were one of the very first companies setting up production in Vietnam. In 2000 our production extended with the opening of the most modern furniture factory of Vietnam. With a 2000 m2 showroom we are able to show our customers the complete range of garden furniture and garden accessories.
