Logistics Staff (Làm Việc Tại Hòa Lạc, Có Xe Đưa Đón)

 Processing delivery order on ERP system ( SIM, SC )
 Data input of stock out-in into system exactly, timely
 Checking of goods delivery correctly in Serial & Q’ty, quickly before dispatch to transporter
 Record weight of goods on courier bill accurately
 processing delivery order for POSM.
 Be responsible for all filing and labeling activities relating to inventories
 Keep and maintain documents carefully in order and safety place
 Ensure all transactions are correct between physical goods and Oracle, and periodical stock check is strictly followed
 Reconcile Stock-take report with Inventories AC to support for the variance
 Checking of Transport bills for payment to ensure that there is not wrong payment request

Qualifications & Experience
 College Degree or above, prefer in finance & accounting field
 Have from 1-2 year experience in relating field

Knowledge and Skills
 Trustworthy, careful, good management skill
 Working knowledge of MS Office

Language
 Good communication skills in Vietnamese
 Basic skill in English
