Logistics Staff

- Working with suppliers oversea to get production progress, official shipping documents, final delivery schedule until cargo arriving at destination (Im – Ex shipment)
- Working with shipping agents, forwarders to update shipment status and completing customs clearance on time (including taxes payment and refund for C/O (Im – Ex shipment)
- Working with Factory/Sites to make delivery plan, then monitoring the delivery progress until finishing (Im – Ex shipment)
- Keying customs document on VINASS – ECUSS system (Im – Ex shipment)
- Solving all raising problems in delivery progress (cargo's damage and lost, bad quality, shortage quantity, repairing, returning, lack of delivery documents…) (Im-Ex shipment)
- Insurance claiming (providing relative documents, evidence, picture, claim letter….) (Im-Ex shipment)
- Preparing the related documents to apply original C/O and Fumigation certificate (Export shipment)
- Keying COO on the system (Ecosys,…)
- Keying VGM, SI on Shipping agent system timely as booking's request (Export shipment)
- Collecting and saving document per shipment (Im-Ex shipment)
- Experience in Liquidation (manufacturing and processing contract), Annual import-export report
- Making report to Leader (Im-Ex shipment)
- Experience in D2D, using software (SAP, Genisuite,…)

Have experience in:
- Importing steel product and material for steel structure fabrication
- Inbound and outbound logistics
- Multi- transportation, knowledge of procedures for transport bulk cargos on both roadway and waterway, knowledge of chartering, loading/unloading bulk cargos, especially oversize- overweight cargos, good relationship with ports authorities
- Insurance claiming
- Liquidation and tax refund (Liquidation and tax refund for mega project: at least 1 time getting Master list and tax refund for mega project, knowledge in tax exempted regulations for construction projects).
- Knowledge of Vietnamese law on Logistics, tax etc
- Knowledge of international practices on Logistics work
- Can work well with ECUSS solfware
- Using Ms office well
- Good English in good communication (TOIEC 450 score)
- At least 02 years of experience in field of logistics.

** Working Place: Posco E&C Vietnam's Office in Nhon Trach 1 Industrial Zone, Phuoc Thien Ward, Nhon Trach District, Dong Nai Province (having shuttle bus from Ho Chi Minh and Ba Ria- Vung Tau)

- Bonus: ~ 02 months of salary /year
