Logistics Staff

• Follow up purchasing orders from Purchasing Dept. after suppliers shipped out cargo at loading port to warehouse
• Contact forwarders and shipping liners to receive arrival notice and do customs clearance
• Buy insurance for import materials monthly and contact insurance company to claim (if damage happen)
• Make payment to forwarders and shipping liners
• Get input and output voucher for material and finished goods to input into ECUS system and send liquidation report for Customs Authority
• Contact suppliers to get the Certificate of Origin Form D, E, KV …for import shipments
• Use BOM list to set up product form for export models and register it to Customs system
• Control hazardous waste
• Manage logistics’s contracts, ISO, ISM procedure/record
• Do other jobs assigned by the superior

• Female, under 26
• Bachelor of Economics, Business Administration, Foreign Trade
• Priority for new graduates
• Proficiency in English
• Computer proficiency including MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook...
• Careful, accuracy, honesty, sense of discipline, work well under high pressure
• Thinking, synthesis, analysis and problem solving skill
