Mô tả công việc
* Negotiate Air/Ocean freight with shipping line and airline, co-loader and inland transport orders with basic knowledge in all fields of forwarding.
* Majoring in air/sea, truck outbound, preparing documents for console shipment, making tracing files and reports.
* Contact with customers, coordinate with customs clearance & trucking agents to arrange import/export shipments, inland trucking, and related jobs if any.
* Update & inform to all concerned parties (Including customers) to arrange import/export shipment accordance with Customer’s requirements.
* Advise customer everything which related to customs regulation as HS code, C/O issue, CDS mode… whatsoever whenever customers need.
* Issue debit note & make the file by both soft one/hard copy.
* Check debit notes from CC & trucking agent monthly.
* Daily update data into company’s system & report manager/Upper level as well.
* Other tasks will be discussed in the details when interviewing.
* Settlement of account with overseas partners on the monthly basis.
* Maintaining good relationship with clients.
- Working time: office hours from Monday to Friday, and Saturday morning.
- Work location: 8th floor, No.5, Alley 7, Mieu Dam street, Me Tri ward, Nam Tu Liem District , Ha Noi, Viet Nam.

- 02 Logistics staff (1 experience required 1-2 years & 1 Fresher) - Bachelor/Diploma.
- Having working experiences in handling both import and export for more than 1 years. The export experience is preferable (requirements for staff with experience )
- Immediate available is preferred.
- Good at 04 English skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Having team work spirit and ability to work under high pressures.
- Responsible, proactive and attention in details.
- Aggressive, active, confident, independent, careful and honest.
- Willing to study and challenge from new things.
- Salary is Negotiable.
