Logistics Specialist

Key responsibilities:
• Scheduling pickups and deliveries
• booking shipments with logistics companies
• working with customs brokers
• working with bill of ladings, proof of deliveries
• Maintain accurate records of shipment & inventory stock
• Other logistical duties as needed
• Other duties may be assigned; based on business needs.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree required with at least 2 year’s experience in logistics
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office required.
• Experience with ERP is required.
• Strong communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills (builds relationships) required.
• Able to multi-task with high attention to detail.

Experience:
• logistics: 2 years (Preferred)
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Required)
Language:
• English (Required)
• Chinese (preferred, but not required)
