What you do

• Daily manage transportation movement responsible by 1P, 2P, 3P logistics, including first-mile, last-mile delivery of orders & line-haul transportation.
• Track plans and all Linehaul transits daily
• Analyze the performance of 1PL, 2PL, 3PL and set up an appropriate operation process for partners.
• Weekly, monthly, annual performance reviews.
• Deal with ad-hoc and proactively contacting with carriers, internal departments to solve problems. Delivering backlog management.
• Discuss transportation needed for Hubs or Sorting Centers for daily planning.
• Monitor and resolve shipping route issues Innovatively propose different business models as well as ideas on enhancing the effectiveness of the Delivery Process.

• College graduate or equivalent 3+ years in the E-commerce, Logistics Industry.
• Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
• Effective verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Good English communication
• Knowledge in working with Warehouse Management Systems, Delivery/Transportation Management Systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and huge workloads
• Logically time management and task-management
• Good at working with numbers and multitasks
• Computer skills (MS Office) and SQL knowledge is an advantage
• Willing to work overtime
