Mô tả công việc
- Supervise and control import activities under CIP term from sending delivery request to receiving shipping documents and departure of goods.
- Check HS code of new products to make sure the correct HS code during import process.
- Monitor customs clearance and ensure on time arrival of imported goods as the lead time.
- Calculate the import tax and Logistics cost to make sure the lowest and correct cost.
- Solve arising issues during the Customs clearance process regarding imported price and transaction.
- Follow and inform the imported shipments to warehouse and direct delivery.
- Work with factories to solve the damaged carton and products at port and warehouse.
- Work with insurance agent to solve and claim for damages cargo/products at port and warehouse.
- Check the customs clearance fee and settle payment to Customs vendors.
- Work with the related parties (planning products, factories, sales team, Customs department…) to join the meeting of price interrogation as Customs’ requirement.
- Make Monthly Import lead-time and expense report.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University Graduate, major in Foreign Trade, Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of Logistics and Importation experience.
- Experience with Foreign companies, consumer electronic company (preferable).
- Good communication and solving problem skills. Highly speed of work.
- Team player with ability to convince others.
- Good at English (written and spoken).
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and integrity.
