Check & prepare documents for import and export, including FCL, LCL, Air and Logistics jobs,
Coordination with overseas agents, vendors, carriers, branch office,
Data entry to FAST Operation System,
Data entry to Customs Declaration System, check HS Code, name of commodity, import duties,
Trucking arrangement,
Prepare quotation, debit note & SOA,
Coordination with overseas agents, vendors, carriers, branch office,
Data entry to FAST Operation System,
Data entry to Customs Declaration System, check HS Code, name of commodity, import duties,

Yêu cầu ứng viên
MUST BE Good English,
Bachelor Degree in Transportation or Maritime, or International Business is required,
At least 2 years experience in Freight Forwarding Companies,
MUST BE familiar with import and export documents, including packing list, invoice, Certificate of Origin (C/O),
Familiar with customs formality of shipments import and export HCMC,
Experience in working with customs officer and cargo inspection,
Go to Terminal and Airport are required,
Experience in trucking arrangement,
Bachelor Degree in Transportation or Maritime, or International Business is required,

Comprehensive freight forwarding service is including FCL, LCL, Air and Agency Service for most of major ports worldwide & NVOCC Service ex HCMC to most of main ports in Intra-Asia. Integrated Logistics service is including Trucking service, Customs Clearance Service for general cargo, DG cargo, chemical cargo, machinery, and warehousing service for general warehouse and bonded warehouse. Vietnam is one of a most fast developing countries in the world, more factories are moving into Vietnam, that would be increasing volume of both import and export. As above, we are looking for more new members for development of our existing business and explore new business, to diversify the business to be more competitive in the market, offer more satisfy services to customers.
