Logistics (Purchasing/import-Export ) (Làm Việc Tại Bắc Ninh)

Job description:
- Receiving import/export/purchasing requirement from Purchasing/Sales Department.
- Controlling import/export/purchasing process from Domestics and Overseas.
- Dealing with the other department to solve related problem while import/export cargo
- Resolving all problem.
- Working with Forwarders or supplier to solve the claim from Customer if any.
- Prepared logistics/purchasing documents and submit to the Customs/other Department.
- Input import/export/purchasing data. Keep original documents.
- Make sure that all import/export/purchasing shipments on time.
- Having the experience in HS code checking for import.
- Express delivery management.
- Making logistics/purchasing report monthly, quarterly and yearly to Manager.
- Other tasks will be followed Manager requirements.

Job requirement.
- Male/Female, graduated form College, University.
- Graduated from Universities, major in economics, import-export, language.
- Have 1 year of experience at least for the same position (import/export or purchasing)
- Fluently Microsoft office (word, excel, powerpoint..) know well about VNACC system would be prefer.
- Have a high responsibility in job and can be worked under high pressure.
- Can work overtime if required.
- Priority candidates who has worked at manufacturing factories and priority candidates live near Bac Ninh, Bac Giang.
- English communication.
