General
• Market analysis
• Definition of CHB offer in general and from T&L perspective
• Define Cross-Border Trucking; Intermodal and Trucking product via close link with Commercial teams
• Develop Value Added Services ( VAS) standalone ensuring product differentiation with competition
• CHB consulting services to be actively promoted
• Pricing and profitability analysis on regular basis for the individual solutions in the region
• Coordination with Sales on material required for sales on VAS support for sales opportunities
• Market requirements feedback to Area Logistics / Local product team around developments for further enhancements and expansion of the product
• Uncover new revenue streams leading to revenue generation for VAS including digital opportunities and customer specific solutions in Vietnam
• Overall responsibility for the product (CHB, Consulting, Trucking, Intermodal)
• Steer and develop product definition
• Responsible for North Logistics Product PnL top line growth
• Commercially involved and with input on the relevant parts of the sales strategy
• Conduct regular training on the product for all functions
• Involve in tender management and strategy
• Responsible to support pipeline growth
• Launch integrated and innovative product offerings
• Responsible for retention and extension of key clients
• Drive profitability
• Compile product knowledge
• Consult with operations on:
- Process aspects
- Local regulations
- Capacity planning
- Costing
• Market analysis

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Understanding of the North Vietnam and VCM area market and market trends for VAS as well as the business requirements and technologies relevant for the future success of this portfolio are key for this role.
• Experience in working in an international environment
• Excellent communication skills, able to build and maintain relationships
• Analytical skills
• Collaborative mindset, open to feedback
• Knowledge of the Agile way of working would be an advantage
• Customer satisfaction
• Revenue and GP target achieved for North logistics / local product
• Solution sales pipeline size
• Lower cost of sales (aligning buyer personas for Product launch)
