I. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
1. Manage international and domestic transport activities
- Follow up all matters related to transport issues (delay, shipment issues)
- Ensure transport billing is accurate and follow the quotation provided during the bidding
- Lead monthly meeting with transport vendors
- Work with vendors to improve the service and optimize the cost
- Plan budget for domestic transport
2. Manage customs clearance activities
- Ensure the customs clearance activities in conformity with local regulation (regarding tax requirements)
- Shorten the customs clearance lead time
- Verify the billing to ensure the company pays the right amount
3. Manage warehouse operations (3PL)
- Ensure 3PL operates according to the Standard Operation Procedure pre-defined (safety, inbound, outbound…)
4. Lead inventory reduction program and improve the unhealthy stock percentage
- Work with Demand and Supply Planning to ensure incoming stocks accuracy to support business operations.
- Work with Business Vice-Presidents to clear slow moving items
- Work with Finance and Supply Planning to ensure the provision plan is in compliance with Group regulations and take immediate action to improve the Logistics Cost on Sales.
5. Lead improvement projects and Team competency development
- Identify issues, troubleshoot, and deploy improvement actions related to logistics operations (transport, warehouse and customs)
- Train, coach and raise the team competency level to cope with growing business requirements

1. Education: University degrees - Industrial Management / Transport / Logistics
2. Working experience: At least 10 years experience in Logistics management (customs management, transportation, warehouse management, and inventory management)
3. Good understanding of the electrical market, demand and supply planning
4. Analytical skill, ISO knowledge, SAP, ORACLE
5. Fluent in spoken and written in English
