Logistics Operations Coordinator

Responsibility
This job role is designed to contribute to logistics operations improvement projects by:
o Support project management & implementation with client’s team
o Analyze data and proactively contribute to problem solving and propose practical solutioning
o Engaging in operations implementation in a hands-on manner

Primary Responsibilities
1. Facilitate project management & execution with client’s team
o Be the operational interface between CEL project team and the client’s teams (Managers, Supervisors, workers) or external parties (suppliers, authorities, etc.) to ensure the link between project objectives and actual implementation on field
o Actively communicate with client staffs to promote the project, understand and tackle the potential resistance

2. Analyze, investigate and collect relevant data / information
o Investigate and seek for detailed information on specific area by reaching to relevant client’s stakeholders and/or external parties
o Collect & verify data from different sources (field survey, information systems, reports, etc.)
o Process and analyze data to provide relevant insights to the project improvements objectives
o Synthesize the information in a concise manner to support problem solutioning

3. Propose solutions for operations improvements
o Contribute to improvements objectives by compiling analytical insights and field experience to propose innovative yet practical solution for implementation
o Compile improvements solutions in a relevant pragmatic approach for execution including detailed planning steps

4. Hands on implementation support
o Actively participate in operations improvements implementation on field
o Guide client’s team through the change management process to ensure sustainable solutioning

5. Comply to CEL standards
6. Represent CEL
7. Maintain High confidentiality

o Education Level: Bachelor. Master's degree is a plus that would support faster evolution.
o Proficiency in English is imperative
o Field and action oriented
o Hands on
o Previous experience in logistics field preferred
o Analytic mindset and problem-solving skills
o Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - communicate clearly and efficiently
o Proficient in Excel
o Highly innovative, creative and able take initiatives
o Excellent Interpersonal Skills
o Ability to create respect and trust
o Capability to work both independently and with a team
o Willing to learn and develop continuously
