Mô tả công việc

- Handling import shipment:
+ Receiving and checking shipping document (invoice, packing list, contract, HBL/AWB,…) from purchasing team.
+ Coordinating with 3PLs for customs clearance and transportation from port/ airport to factory/ office.
+ Planning deliveries with warehouse and production team.
+ Following materials for manufacturing with production team, customs system.

- Handling export shipment:
+ Coordinating with agents/ carrier/ airlines/ warehouse/ merchandising team/ brand manager to reserve space, get booking confirmation and send loading plan.
+ Coordinating with 3PLs for customs clearance and transportation from factory/ office to port/ airport.
+ Making invoice, packing list, contract, HBL/ AWB, C/O… and send shipping document to client under SOP.
+ Preparing & applying other required Certificate/Documents for Export, Customs.

- Other requests from managers.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Have at least 2 years’ experience in Logistics, Customs, Import - Export for Manufacturing company
Footwear industry is preferable
Good at English
Must be flexible and easily adaptable
Excellent organizational skills and time management skills
Ability to work independently and pay close attention to detail, Multi-task and work under pressure, hard working.

Working in district 2, HCMC (Cát Lái IP)
