Logistics Officer

• Ensure that the import& export procedure will run smoothly
• Ensure that all activities of import & export is always complied to Vietnamese law and other regulations to avoid any trouble for customs audit
• Monitor all import & export shipments and updating the delivery scheduling to all relative dept.
• Look for and negotiate with the forwarder to get the competitive transport cost
• Manage payment for Customs duties and all other costs for forwarder
• Ensure Customs Compliance in all aspects of import and export
• Foresee the problems of import & export, and report to higher level
• Take responsible for yearly liquidation report to customs
• Support the manager for all logistics activities

• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to build the effective relationships with customs office and forwarders
• Skill in coordinating with production
• Documentation skills
• Bachelor Degree with major of foreign trade or logistics
• Good knowledge of the Law on import and export, especially procedure on goods imported for manufacture of export products
• Good knowledge of international trade and transportation
• Strong basic of customs declaration and transport operations
• Good knowledge of VNACCS/VCIS system
• Fluent in English
