Logistics Officer

Logistics:
- Facilitates the distribution requirements planning process to insure timely and accurate product delivery
- Maintain quality throughout the logistic processes
- Monitor, review and ensure the logistics activities align with procedures required by international standard management systems, as well as, comply with local and international laws and regulations
- Monitor record, analyses and report on activities, trends, results and recommendations relating to logistics activities

Administration:
- Execute general admin tasks and maintain office facilities on a daily basis
- Control and manage office expense and report
- Coordinate for office facilities & equipment maintenance
- Oversee service such as printing, post and courier services
- Purchase and stock office supplies and equipment
- Responsible for end to end documentation process
- Renew office contracts, licenses, and other relevant documents
- Other related tasks as needed to run office operation smoothly

- Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Foreign Trade
- Minimum 2 years experience in logistics business
- Strong knowledge in import/export and logistics business
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proactive and able to work under high pressure.
- Operate both independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in English and Vietnamese is mandatory
