Mô tả công việc
˗ Support for all distribution practice inland Vietnam
˗ Monitoring the transit and timetables
˗ Filling the shipment forms
˗ Delivery records, summary monthly reports and customs documents
˗ Management of inbound booking request with local truck company and with local warehouse
˗ Update specific transactions (inbound and outbound movements) in ERP system (SAP/VMS)
˗ Cooperate with Head quarter departments to improve execution efficiency on logistics activities in Vietnam
˗ Deal with different regional customs docs, custom declaration and clearance in compliance with governmental and company policies
˗ Full management of export shipments
˗ Management of inland transport
˗ Customer care and support on logistic matter and customs matter
Regards to accounting task:
˗ Issuing invoices and credit note (SAP TRANSACTION: VF04);
˗ Income registration SAP MODULE FI
˗ Fulfilling report in excel format
˗ Customer relationship for income checking and documents managing
˗ Accounting checking (SAP TRANSACTION: FBL5N)
˗ Other duties assigned by superior.

˗ Proficient in standard logistics software to handle electronic data, ERP and SAP environment
˗ Knowledge of logistic incoterm and logistic flow and documents
˗ Proven working experience as a Logistics Manager
˗ Record of successful logistics management is an advantage
˗ Fluent in both English and Vietnamese
˗ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in managing internal and external relations
˗ Logical thinking and systematic approach to the work
˗ Ability to solve problems and can think laterally and offer creative solutions.
˗ Can work under high pressure
