Key Responsibilities:
- Manage logistics and warehouse functions to support Sales to meet overall company objectives in terms of delivery service, cost and efficiency with compliance to environmental, health & safety standard
- Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints
- Maintain metrics and analyse data to assess performance and implement improvements
- Comply with Group Compliance regulations and ISO requirements
- Manage, guide and develop Logistics and warehouse staff competency level
- Manage and review Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Monitor and control logistics expenses through cost savings and process optimization initiatives
Key Tasks
- Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
- Ensure and maintain high standard of 6.S in Logistics office and warehouse
- Manage the entire order cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction
- Arrange warehouse, plan routes and process shipments
- Review and communicate with Customer Care Team on open sales orders and delivery dates and perform regular clean-ups of pending orders in system
- Initiate meeting with Commercial team and consolidate project requirement, ensure order fulfillment
- Liaise with forwarding agents on the clearance of incoming shipments and support distribution to local stock-points and distributors
- Perform mid-year and annual stock-takes and stock reconciliation
- Conduct monthly Sales & Operations meeting together with demand planner with local Sales team to determine sales demand forecast and supply plan to meet delivery requirements
- Review excess or slow moving stocks or stocks with Sales team and propose remediation actions
- Coordinate with regional supply chain mainly with QHSE on safety and environment policies and practices
- Supervise warehouse staff on daily operational activities and support problem solving of issues
- Assist in cost savings and continuous improvement projects as and when required
- Assist in root-cause investigation and problem solving of issues related to logistics function

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Degree in Supply Chain or Business Management
- Minimum 3 years working experience in a supervisory position related to supply chain, import and export documentation and requirements, logistics, transportation or distribution will be much preferred
- Knowledge of ISO 9000, 14000 and 18000 in the chemical or paint & coating industry is preferable
- Working knowledge of MRP or any Inventory Management System (IMS) will be advantageous
- Strong oral/written communication and presentation skill
- Fluency in English
- Minimum 3 years working experience in a supervisory position related to supply chain, import and export documentation and requirements, logistics, transportation or distribution will be much preferred
