RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, develop and implement, together with the Management Team, an efficient logistics system for soft commodities products based on best of class standard operating procedures for the in-bound, storage and out-bound traffic flows.
- Help build a disciplined and committed logistics team together with the Management.
- Communication & negotiation with different key suppliers (customs, phytosanitary inspection services, trucking companies, shipping lines, etc…) ensuring a fluent smooth logistic flow.
- Preparing & Follow up on all related documentation such as Bl, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate, packing lists, invoice, etc…).
- Reconcile monthly import-export figures and inventory reports.
- Communication with the suppliers and receivers of the shipments (overseas and local based companies).


CWT Commodities Logistics company Vietnam Ltd. has an opportunity for an experienced Logistics Manager to join a Singapore based multinational Logistics Supply Chain Company specialized in soft commodities. Reporting to the Country Manager, this mid- senior level position offers a broad spectrum of opportunity, scope, commercial activity and authority.

The successful candidate will cover the position of Logistics Manager - CWT Commodities Logistics Company Vietnam Ltd and take a lead role in managing the logistics operations of the group’s operations in Dong Nai, Lamdong and Ho Chi Minh, ensuring that the goods are exported and / or imported on a timely basis.

We are looking for an operational leader able to drive our business forward. Ideally, you will have gained, through experience, a solid understanding of the supply chain of soft commodities green coffee.

IDEAL PERSON SPECIFICATION
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in MNC environment.
• A degree in operational management - Soft Commodities logistics knowledge is a big plus for this role.
• Capability to work independent is essential.
• Able to apply knowledge and experience to provide robust commercial solutions.
• Candidate must possess strong communication and negotiation skills, with a ‘hands on’ highly visible management style.
• Self-confident and self-motivated person able to prioritise and focus on the completion of key target.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
• MS-Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills must be proficient.
