Mô tả công việc
- Manage vessel and stockpile team.
- Control the cargo flow from mother vessel to buyer.
- Oversee performance of vessel draft surveys, barge surveys and coal inspection.
- Ensure customers receive products on time as clients’ criteria.
- Oversee stockpile in compliance with company's policies and vision: inventory control, material handling, truck transportation and planning workers.
- Recruit, select, orient, coach, and motivate employees.
- Make sure workers following safety rules requested.
- Setup stockpile layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
- Create and update procedures and processes to meet requested standards, to ensure the highest level of performance.
- Propose, manage the construction, the management of building at stockpile.
- Prepare reports for upper management
- Other jobs assigned by Line Manager.
* Working place: Base in HCM office, but occationally travel for business trip if required

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics or related fields
- At least 5 years experience in Logistics, Supply chain, Distribution, 2 - 4 years of experience inspection/supervision cargo, management skills.
- Have working experience in coal business, energy products or maritime field is an advantage
- Honest, hard working, responsible, teamwork, customer mindset, fairness
- Good English skills, especially in speaking and writing
- Good Office skills for making reports
- Communication, result-oriented, problem solving skill, management ability
- Be able to travel when needed
- Age: 25 - 40

- Annual Bonus: 1-6 months salary depend on performance
