*** Job Description
• Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
• Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
• Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements
• Use software to track, check, prioritize and route orders
• Manage all important documents such as advanced shipping notice, pick slips, bills of lading etc.
• Inspect labels, barcodes and other features of completed orders
• Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing and other managers to optimize processes

• Proven successful working experience as a logistics manager at least 5 years.
• Demonstrable ability to lead and support staffs
• Proficient in standard logistics software, relevant laws and regulations
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and handle arising issues related to governments, suppliers.
• B.A. in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain
• Have experience in Garment/ Textile will be consider as a priority
• Solid knowledge of logistics procedures
• Experience in using ERP and preparing shipping documents
• Good understanding of budgeting and reporting
• Experience in directing and evaluating subordinates
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail
