Logistics (Import & Export Staff )

Job description:
- Receiving import/export requirement from Purchasing/Sales Department.
- Controlling import/export process from Domestics and Overseas.
- Dealing with the other department to solve related problem while import/export cargo
- Resolving all problem arising on the import and export process.
- Working with Forwarders to solve the claim from Customer if any.
- Prepared logistics document and submit to the Customs/other Department.
- Input import/export data. Keep original documents.
- Make sure that all import/export shipments on time.
- Having the experience in HS code checking for import.
- Express delivery management.
- Making logistics report for month, quarter and year to Manager.
- Other tasks will be followed Manager requirements.

Job requirement.
- Female, graduated form College, University.
- Graduated from Universities, major in economics, import-export…
- Have 1 year of experience at least for the same position.
- Can use ERP system.
- Fluently Microsoft office (word, excel, powerpoint..) know well about VNACC system would be prefer.
- Have a high responsibility in job and can be worked under high pressure.
- Can work overtime if required.
- Priority candidates who has worked at manufacturing factories and priority candidates live in Bac Ninh.
- Used fluently English (listening, speaking, reading and writing skill).
- CV in English with picture.
