Logistics Executive (Trucking)

The position roles & responsibilities mainly focus on outbound schedule planning and transportation arrangement

1. Local:
• Follow up information with Commercial team to update daily truck –in, shipment data in inventory file and internal system, split lots in inventory file basing on Commercial data.
• Arrange order release, trucks for local sales to ensure trucks to be at customer warehouses in time

2. Import-Export:

• Placing bookings, VGM submit, arrange marking, internal shipping instructions.
• Follow up sample status with QC team.
• Set up monthly, weekly, daily stuffing schedule
• Communicate with trucking companies, third parties, QC, warehouse, commercial team to ensure containers loading ports on time
• Send bookings via emails to customers, exchange information if customers require
• Support for shipping documents when requested by Logistics manager
• Ensure to meet KPI of logistics department

Other tasks are assigned by Logistics Manager

Education: College

Experience:
• At least 2 years experience in import – export operation field in a shipping line, forwarder or a foreign manufacturing company
• Stuffing plan and trucking coordinating experience is preferred

Other skills and knowledge:
• Honest
• Ability to work under high pressure
• Planning skills
• Good communication skills
• Computer skills (good EXCEL, outlook)
• Time management skills
