Logistics Executive

Job Mission
The purpose of the Logistics Executive Role is to facilitate and execute the product shipment process, and monitor and analyse incoming shipments to ensure all shipments are delivered and received by the customer as scheduled.

Essential Functions
• Manage and ensure Products delivered from warehouse, port to customers smoothly, timely and successfully.
• Ensure all problems incurred during delivery progress solved well without affection to company business and compliance policy;
• Well coordinate with the relevant departments and vendors to maximize loading truck space by routes combination in delivery, to avoid waste of resources and minimize effort in achieving logistics targets;
• Follow and solve the damaged Products in delivery within the lead time; Solve and claim insurance for delivery in shortest time;
• Check the stock‐out/delivery note correctly and send to Accounting & Finance department timely;
• Manage the delivery expense effectively and make payment request to transporters timely and exactly.
• Make lead time delivery report and explain the reason of late shipment and improvement. Communicate order status with vendors or customers for delivery
• Arrange the shipment to forwarding agent
• Prepare the shipping documents needed for shipment
• Input data punctually and accurately for effective and live communication with all stakeholders

Work Context
- Job reports to: Order Management
- Financial accountability: Responsible for the adherence to the logistic expense target
- Customer accountability: Direct interface with customers regarding shipment

• Female. Age under 28 years old.
• College or Bachelor degree in related fields.
• At least one year working experience in forwarding fields.
• Good knowledge of forwarding and shipping.

• Good email writing in English
• Working hard and result oriented
• Ability to work under high pressure
• Excellent in office software such as word, excel, internet, outlook

- 15 ngày phép năm, làm việc 5 ngày trong tuần (thứ 02 – 06)
