Mô tả công việc

1. Purchasing all FIX ASSET in factory
• Check all FIX ASSET stock status on SAP
• Issue fix asset PO to suppliers
• Send delivery schedule to suppliers
2. Making & preparing payment documents for all PO issued based on agreed payment term.
3. Controlling defect & return FIX ASSET and issuing PO accordance with return Q’ty to supplier
4. Controlling Import, Export data on Ecus system daily and sending the report to HOD monthly, quarterly, yearly.
Handling inspection by customs for all im-export shipments
5. Checking inventory of whole factory monthly. Doing the comparison between liquidation and inventory. Make the report and highlight the variance (if any) to HOD and top management for solution.
6. Control forwarder performance: DHL, Fedex, TNT, UPS…
7. Handling other arising jobs if required.

Kinh nghiệm logictics từ 4 năm trở lên
Bắt buộc có kinh nghiệm làm thanh khoản
