Logistics Executive

This position is to report to Logistics Manager and will take care of assigned task related to activities of Transportation Category of Saint-Gobain Vietnam and related Business Units.

Develop and maintain direction and policy deployment for the businesses represented to deliver sustainable cost improvement, maintain security of incoming supplies, generate innovation & sustainable solutions for organization.

- Manage import/export shipments on time as planned received at optimum cost
- Work effectively with all relevant suppliers to ensure all issues are addressed and solved on time
- Handle deliveries of import products as per requestors’ demand
- Handle landed costs of all shipments on time and accurately
- Make claim to the shipper for any defect goods shipped by the suppliers.
- Update the shipping information, evaluate & determine suppliers’ performance result.
- Follow & review procedures
- Apply Purchasing Business partner service for All Bus.
- Centric professional Purchasing function committed to Responsible Purchasing recognized as key for SG competitiveness World Class, Purchasing…and innovation
- Understand and respect all safety requirements
- Understand and deploy ICRF as per Group and Companies requirements
- Complete all assigned trainings of Saint-Gobain Group
- Complete assigned reports and send them on time as per requests

- Bachelor degree in specialized in Economics, Foreign Trade,…
- At least 3 years of working experience in similar position in and MNC
organizations or other heavy industry companies.
- Good solving and negotiation skills
- Good at communication skills with various types of audience in both Vietnamese and English
- Good computer & Microsoft skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint...)
- High sense of Integrity and ownership, good teamwork scheme
