Logistics Executive

The incumbent of this position is responsible for providing necessary and effective administrative and sales support to the Sales team. Their main tasks include:
• Work out closely with warehouse’s representative to daily reconcile stock, compare with company’s system (SAP) (Incharge Minimart warehouse)
• Investigate, propose to solving inventory (if any: losing, damages,…)
• Split invoice, print delivery note and support Logistic manager on the delivery document.
• Keep track of delivery time and collect back selling invoice from driver team, outsource transportation, deliveryman and coordinate with Accounting, Sales team to solve any wrong delivery.
• Responsible for performing monthly logistic reports and requirements

• Male or Female
• Candidate must possess at least at College degree
• At least 03 years experience in the related field is required for this position at Joint venture or foreign-owned companies.
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Efficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Work location: Betagen office in Hanoi, no. 39 Tran Quoc Toan Street, Tran Hung Dao Ward, Hoan Kiem District, Ha Noi City
