Logistics Executive

- Nhân viên phụ trách xuất nhập khẩu có chuyên ngành Kinh tế đối ngoại, Thương mại hoặc tương đương, trình độ cao đẳng trở lên. Yêu cầu kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực xuất nhập khẩu từ 3 năm trở lên. Trình độ tiếng Anh lưu loát, có khả năng đọc dịch, giao tiếp bằng email/viber với các nhân viên công ty mẹ Esco tại Singapore.
- Ex-import personnel should have major background as Foreign Trade, Commerce or equivalent, with college degree and above. Requires experience in the ex-import field from 3 years and above. Fluent English, with ability to read and translate, communication by email/viber with Esco Headquarter personnel at Singapore.
- Phụ trách việc đặt hàng với công ty mẹ Esco tại Singapore, theo dõi đơn hàng từ lúc đặt hàng tới khi nhập hàng về Việt Nam, liên hệ với bên vận chuyển (do công ty chỉ định) để ship hàng, kiểm tra và sửa chứng từ ship hàng (Invoice, packing list, CO, CQ, vận đơn).
- In charge of place orders with Esco Headquarter personnel at Singapore, follow the order from placing until shipping to Vietnam, contact with forwarder (nominated by the Company) to ship the order, check and revise shipment documents (such as Invoice, Packing list, CO, CQ, AWB/BL)
-Khi hàng về tới Việt Nam làm thủ tục khai truyền TKHQ, liên hệ với bên dịch vụ lấy hàng chuẩn bị và cung cấp các giấy tờ cần thiết cho việc lấy hàng (do công ty chỉ định), nhập hàng về kho Công ty thuê ở Hồ Chí Minh.
-When goods arrives at Vietnam proceed with customs declaration, contact with broker (nominated by the Company) to prepare and provided necessary docs for customs clearance, ship the goods to Company’s warehouse at Hochiminh City after clearance.
-Làm các thủ tục liên quan với Viện Trang thiết bị và công trình y tế nếu có (khi lô hàng có mặt hàng cần kiểm tra chất lượng).
- Proceed all relevant procedures with Medical Equipment and Project Institute if applicable (whenever quality inspect goods is included)
-Thuê các bên vận chuyển trong nước để chuyển hàng cho khách hàng (nếu cần). Theo dõi và hỗ trợ việc ship các đơn hàng đại lý nhập trực tiếp (nếu có) với tư cách trung gian giữa công ty mẹ Esco tại Singapore với đại lý tại Việt Nam.
- Hiring local transporter to ship the goods to customer’s site (if needed). Follow and support shipping of direct orders from Vietnam distributors (if any) as intermediary between Esco Headquarter at Singapore and Vietnam distributors.
-Xử lý nhập các lô hàng bảo hành, gửi thiết bị đi sửa chữa (tạm xuất tái nhập) hoặc gửi thiết bị đi hiệu chuẩn ở nước ngoài (tạm xuất tái nhập).
- Handle warranty shipments, send instruments for repair/calibrate overseas (temporarily export for re-import)
- Làm các báo cáo: Theo dõi các hợp đồng nhập hàng (gửi hàng tuần), Dự trù nguồn vốn cho các khoản thuế VAT, thuế nhập khẩu, phí vận chuyển và các chi phí liên quan việc nhập hàng cần thanh toán (hàng tháng).
- Report to relevant department: Follow and keep track record of contract orders (send weekly), Budget for import tax, VAT, transportation charges, and all other related shipment charges (send monthly)

- Graduate from college / university of economics, foreign trade, foreign languages, ...
- Having experience in import - export (especially on laboratory equipment, medical equipment, pharmaceutical equipment) is a big advantage.
- Having at least 01 - 03 years of working experience.
- Good command of English (communication, writing and comprehending skills).
- Well organized, excellent customer service skills; self- motivated and willing to learn.
- Good attitude, hard working, honesty.
- Able to work independently and team work.
- Able to work under high pressure.
- Willing to work on Saturday or on weekend / holiday (if required).
- Commitment to work for long term.
- Working location: District 7, HCMC, Vietnam.
- Working time: 08:30 a.m to 06:00 p.m from Monday to Friday
