Logistics Executives are the mid-level position in the Buying job family and take their instructions from the Buying Manager or Buying Team Leader
LOCATION: Ho Chi Minh
RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive and act on orders
• Logistics Executive is responsible for receiving and acting on orders from clients to procure products, services and licences.
• Logistics Executive is responsible for receiving and acting on complex purchase orders from clients to procure products, services and licences.
Manage purchase orders
• Logistics Executives have advanced proficiency in managing and applying purchase order conditions including pricing and discounts.
• They interact and communicate with vendors to gather information and to negotiate certain actions.
• Perform a range of activities to facilitate the timely & accurate declaration documents. Ensure correct shipping documents are issued and supplied, e.g. Certificates of Origins, Commercial Invoices, Packing list, Bill of Lading, etc…
Query management
• Resolve the bulk of normal queries before they escalate to purchasing team leaders.
Manage purchase process
• Partner closely with the logistics and financial teams to help ensure that the full purchasing process is executed successfully.
• Follow up suppliers to collect required documents.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Logistics Executive is responsible for receiving and acting on complex purchase orders from clients to procure products, services and licences.
Manage purchase orders
• Logistics Executives have advanced proficiency in managing and applying purchase order conditions including pricing and discounts.

• Degree holder in Business, Supply chain and Management
• 2 - 3 years of experiences in relevant roles
• Proficient in Spoken and Written English
• Understand purchasing process, documents for importing products
• Good at Excel
• Being patient, careful and detail-oriented
• Experiences with SAP system or other inventory management system are a plus
• Solid background in product compositions, tariff laws, Health and Safety codes and current customs requirements, warehouse operation
