Logistics Executive

- To coordinate with logistics team of others subsidiaries and parent company to handle import shipments smoothly and effectively
- To provide a pro-active follow up of all shipments to reach the lead-time
- To monitor and implement documents relating to freight forwarding, and daily local delivery plans
- To coordinate and work closely with logistics service providers and related departments on shipments’ issue or customs problems.
- To inform and propose the solutions to the superior immediately in case of problems, concerns or any potential risks
- To check and book all relevant costs of the shipment in the Operating system
- Be able to classify the HS code of each product and update in the SAP system
- To well manage on monthly stock and inventory tracking
- To perform above and other tasks with the goal of operation excellence and always in the compliance with the company rules and regulations
- To closely focus on the targets achievement (KPI’s) as set by Board of Management
- Other tasks are assigned by line manager

Education and Experience:
- Graduated from College or University, preferably in Foreign trade, import/export or logistics
- Experience with at least 2 years working with global forwarders in Sea import/ Air import Department and customs issues
- Good understanding on the customs regulations/ requirement is a plus

Specialized Knowledge/Skills:
- Team work: work closely with other departments
- To be proactive on problem solving
- Good sense of customer services and able to deal with high pressure situation
- Good time-management skill. Sense of urgency, able to prioritize
- Proficient in English

- Self – motivated, dedicated and hard working
- Good communication & negotiation skills, especially with customs
- Ability to analyze / solve problems in a fast- paced environment.
- Ability to demonstrate a professional manner at all times
- Proficient Computer Skills - Microsoft Office
