• Operation management (such as daily shipping status checking, debit note checking, supporting trouble shooting)
• Doc translation for official letter, circular, regulation…
• Interpreter for Japanese manager as well as visitors of company.
• Assistant to Japanese manager in daily business
• Other tasks as assigned

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Age: 23 - 30
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (Economics, Foreign Trade, Logistics, International Business…)
• Experience:
1) Logistics field: min 2 years
2) Japanese company: min 1 years
3) Working experience: min 3 years
• Language:
1) Japanese (MUST): business level (communication skill and client requirements understanding skill is the most important)
2) English: is the big plus
• High level of adaptability in working in a high pressure working environment.
• Dependable and reliable with timely follow-up skills.
• Results and detail-oriented, with strong intuitions on how to solve problems creatively and quickly.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Full-time salary negotiable based on experiences.
