Logistics Cum Warehouse Assistant [Phu My, Ba Ria Vung Tau]

Main duties:

- Perform administrative support for warehouse operations, inbound/outbound document preparation.
- Discrepancy tracking, inventory management and data entry.
- Liaise and coordinate with external and internal parties in warehouse/ logistics/ shipment manners
- Ensure all warehouse and logistics operations work processes are in accordance with the established procedures and standards
- Assist for warehouse manager in related tasks and interpretation when needed
- Other duties as assigned

Working location: Factory in Mỹ Xuân A, Phú Mỹ, Bà Rịa Vũng Tàu (with company bus from Ho Chi Minh and Bien Hoa to factory)

- At least 01 year of relevant warehousing/ logistics administration experience in manufacturing company
- Proficiency in English (both verbal and written)
- Good at Microsoft Excel
- SAP or ERP hand on experience is a Plus
- Bachelor/ College degree in related fields
- Great communication, coordination skills
- Organized and excellent attention to details
