Mô tả công việc
I. LOGISTIC COORDINATOR
- Arrange delivery - Sea Container & Tankers
• Up load sales orders into Delivery Schedule fully & correctly
• Follow up/ work with Production on stock availability
• Booking appropriate ETD to meet requested ETA
• Proceed & monitor from loading till delivery
• Follow up short/ missed DO & replace/ fulfill
• Update Sales Team all issues related to the delivery progress
- Manage Horeca warehouse
• Following stock is balance on monthly basis vs actual physical stock count equal system number
• Coordinate with WH Keeper/ Production for appropriate stock transfer
- Create shipment cost on SAP
• Create shipment cost for assigned sales groups.
• Check Transporters’ claim VS approved price list
- Daily issue DO on SAP: In charge of ex-mill term orders & orders and reports
• Notice shortage brand/ quantity upon creating DO
• Register truck number for entrance for goods loading
- Transport claim check & payment process.
II. SALES ADMIN
- Daily Sales Order Processing
• Receive sales order from Customers/ Sales Team by phone/ fax/ email
• Transfer the sales orders to Supply Chain for stock & transport arrangement.
• Stock Transfer to All Outside Warehouse (15 warehouses)
• Input the order in system - brand, quantity, price, discounts exactly as ordered & approved price/ discount
• Delivery coordination
- Daily order status follow up
• Make sure all orders are issued with no less or extra over the order
- Daily/ weekly Sales Report
• Update daily sales volume, forecast, budget, target
• Update customer class, biz type, consumption, share
• Submit to Management Board & individual Sales Area
- Admin task
• Sales Payment process
• Distribute, keep record & timely place order for Promotion gifts: T-shirt, raincoats, etc & holding bags
• Contact with QA-QC for update certificate
• KPIs for sales team (IA)
- Customer service
• Provide the best service to Internal & external customers; Show polite & helpful attitude
Answer to customer’s queries about delivery progress, sales discount calculation, general information about company, products, etc.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• University graduated; Major in Electrics/Mechanics (preferred)
• 2-3 years of experience in Logistics
• English abilities (TOEIC required: 650)
• Good computer skills (MS office)
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure
• Negotiations skill
• Using SAP experience
• Follow up

• 2-3 years of experience in Logistics
• English abilities (TOEIC required: 650)
