Logistics Cum CS Staff

Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
• Provide pricing and delivery information
• Process orders, forms, applications and requests
• Organize workflow to meet customer time frames
• Manage customers' accounts
• Maintain customer databases
• Checking market rate
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
• Follow up on customer interactions
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service
• Receiving delivery requests from customer and superintend picking process.
• Care of shipments and resolve issues during the transportation; coordinate internally to facilitate delivery progress, and externally to bridge the customer’s requirements and operations.
• Handle complaints, tackle arising issues with customers in proper manner.
• Proactively update shipment status. Making exactly the delivery reports to customer (daily).

- University Graduate with major: economics, foreign trade, logistics
- At least 02 years experience
- Good knowledge in English (verbal/written)
- Proficient at MS Office.
- Ability to learn/adapt quickly.
- Willing to work under high pressures.
- Priority for experience in forwarding company
