Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate with logistics team, warehouse team, transportation providers and customers to process order delivery as well as service activities.
• Finish the works assigned by Logistics Executive on time.
• Cooperation with other colleagues to ensure the works finished completely and job run smoothly.
• Comply strictly the regulations of Company as well as Supply Chain policy
Key Tasks
• Follow customer service (sales administrators) information to arrange the delivery to final customers.
• Complete sets of docs for delivery, collect the signed docs to return to customer service.
• Coordinate with third parties (warehouse, truck owners, Production ) to perform the delivery to meet the OTIF target.
• Contact with Customers for delivery handling.
• Check docs for payment for local suppliers monthly.
• Performs other related jobs/tasks as required.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Graduating from University, college
• Good knowledge of supply chain, especially order fulfilment, logistics experience is an advantage
• English communication ability
• Having good skill of MS application
• Hard working, faithful, careful and creative character
• Interpersonal skill
• Communication skill
• Organizing and coordination
• Initiative, team work, results oriented
