Job Scope
• Traffic follow up on Condesa import activities
• Support to EACL Vientam rep office on the issuance of shipping advice, invoice, commission in Microsoft Dynamics NAV
• Support to EACL Pully office on the issuance of bank direct collection letters on KBC platform
Key responsibilities
• Pre-check of the contract received from trade on terms, quantity, packing etc
• Prepare shipment / delivery based on the shipping instruction received from buyer, or based on the SOP for certain cusotmer. In case 3rd party procurement, send the shipping / delivery instruction to supplier
• Check with supplier (interco or 3rd party), and advise buyer on the shipment / delivery status
• Communicate to the business partners on the development of the shipment / delivery. In case of problem, try to find the most appropriate solution, if necessary, with the help of other colleagues
• Register the purchase invoices, and if require, make the payment, in Microsoft Dynamics NAV
• Issuance of the sale invoice, commission, Debit / Credit note, etc. in Microsoft Dynamics NAV
• Issuance of the insurance certificate, in accordance with the contract terms and the insurance policy of Ecom
• File properly the communication, shipping documents, entries in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and in Laserfiche
• Check the invoices received from service providers (forwarding agent, shipping line, etc.) and register (that part should not be included the first stage training)

JOB PROFILE/COMPETENCE
Education : University, bachelor’s degree, preferably in Economics
Experience : Preferably with 2 – 5 years experience in similar business environment
Communication : Good commend in English, both speaking and written
