Logistics Coordinator

• Coordinates logistics activities for all Import & Export shipments, air & ocean freight services.
• Co-ordinates with other departments to arrange shipment smoothly
• Developing and keeping a strong relationship with global networks
• Controlling cost & seek opportunities to improve productivity;
• Prepare accurate bills of lading, update news related to the sea and air transportation
• Communicate with lines and airlines to get competitive freight

Purchasing staff:

• Monitor the supply base and continue looking for potential suppliers
• Make a business plan for new products: calculate the selling price, analyze the market and estimate the volume, arrange payment,...
• Develop and build a strong relationship with suppliers and customers.
• Manage sales contract
• Prepare essential documents for import or export customs clearance

• Follow other tasks as the manager’s request

• From 1-year of work experience in logistics, purchasing, forwarder.
• A good understanding of logistics, import/export, customs clearance, solutions, pricing
• Well-developed communication, persuasiveness, influencing and presentation skills, negotiation skills
• Resilient, tenacious and persistent
• English proficient
• Proficient in MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
