Mô tả công việc
We’re looking for a reliable Logistics officer to be responsible for logistics activities from our Bonded warehouse to our customers worldwide and take part in our supply chain network. The scope of work will include forecast planning, creating shipments & shipping document, making operation instructions, monitoring shipments and ERP system performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Forecasting shipping volume and communicating with customer to set shipping plan.
- Creating outbound shipments and relevant shipping document in ERP system, working on multi-system to fulfill shipment aspects.
- Timely management of multiple lines of communication between factories, customers, forwarders and internal parties, maintaining details, and relaying pertinent information to appropriate parties.
- Monitoring shipments and solving upcoming problem.
- Report and statistics.
- Other tasks assigned by Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University/College graduated, major in International Business/Logistics/Import-Export
- Working experience minimum 5 years in Logistics industry with 3PL platform and in multinational company
- Strong Excel skills, solid knowledge of ERP system and must be detail oriented
- Proficient in English both verbal and non verbal, good communication skill
- Ability in teamwork and work independently
- Gender: both Male and Female, age: under 35
