Job Description
- Shipment management
o Co-operate, assist and follow supply chain operations
o Liaise with freight team to place booking properly
o Issue shipping instruction to Shippers/ Forwarder correctly and timely
o Assist and track the shipment according to customer requirements
o Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed shipments, etc
o Prepare accurate reports for upper management
- Customer services
o Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
- Financial supporting
o Debt monitoring
o Input incoming invoices related to shipments into systems and follow the payment status
- Others might be assigned by Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Job requirement:
- Proficiency skills in English, communication in French is an advantage.
- Team leader: 3 year Experience at least
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Rigorous and careful
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
- Have a developed team spirit and willing to work in order to grow up
