Logistics Assistant Manager (Urgent)

** Job description:
• Manage and monitor inventory operations to ensure inventory is planned at optimal level to meet target turns, working capital performance and revenue growth.
• Co-operate closely with District Sales Manager and Distributors on the inventory control of stock levels.
• Co-operate with District Sales Manager and Distributors to plan out the sales forecast and PO to maximize service delivery performance, inventory turns and revenue growth.
• Monitor and highlight over/under stocking and propose strategies to improve forecasting.
• Co-operate with District Sales Manager and Distributors to reasonably arrange the stock balance at each region basing on sales forecast and orders provided by sales team.
• Plan shipments and follow-up its progress.
• Control procedures of damaged goods exchange.
• Double check calculation of distribution fee and other charges.
• Support sales team regarding to orders, buffer stock, debt guarantee etc.
• Prepare accurate reports for upper management.
• Perform a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred, major in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or relevant field.
• 1-2 years of experience are preferred.
• Proven experience in inventory planning, inventory management and logistics operations.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Demonstrate negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem solving and result orientation.
• Proactive approach and “can-do” attitude.
• Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
• English speaking and writing.
• Demonstrate proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
