Mô tả công việc
- Receive P / O from Sales and Customer department.
- Communicate with customers to clarify information of P / o.
- Update orders into excel file to track
- Transfer information of orders to production team & Production requirements.
- Based on production plan & Inventory to plan delivery.
- Arrange cars for delivery on time.
- Check inventory closing.
- FIFO input and output products.
- Exactly inventory in stock.
- Use company vehicles to deliver goods to nearby companies (Small orders).
- Combined delivery (If any).
- Together with Import and Export department, check import and export documents
- Tracking customs declaration documents
- Communicate with customers to clarify information of P / o.

- Graduated from a university or college specialized in business administration, petroleum, chemicals
- Quick, dynamic, enthusiastic and eager to learn.
