LOGISTICS & Purchasing Staff

• Logistics job (01 person)
- To prepare documentations for customs clearance for the Export- Import activities (ie. INV+ PKL + C/O & etc).
- To work closely with Forwarder for customs clearance, shipping schedules and checking on latest custom registration.
- Prepare payment requisition.
- To prepare monthly report to submit purchasing leader.

• Purchase job (01 person)
- To process purchase requisition submitted by requester from various departments.
- Price negotiate, obtain supplier quotations for price comparision.
- To issue purchase order to selected supplier.
- To perform GRN in Effect System.
- To liaise with suppliers on the quality issue and follow up on replacement.
- To prepare payment requisition.
- Other tasks assigned by Manager.

- Qualifications: Bachelor Degree is required (Working experience in purchasing and logistic is an advantage).
- Good in Microsoft Offices skills
- Able to speak and write in English
- Possess own transport
- Able to work over time

*SALARY: BY AGREEMENT
