Logistic Supply Chain Executive

*Role Description
Your role on the team is to help manage our product inventory and logistics. This is a great opportunity for a self-starter to take ownership of part of the operations of an international brand. You will be working on getting our inventory from our suppliers to our various warehouses around the world, maintain optimal inventory levels, and forecasting for the future. We understand that someone applying might not have all the knowledge before starting, instead, we are looking for someone that is willing to learn and improve.

*Responsibilities & Goals
• Support inventory planning and management to ensure we have do not have out of stock issues or overstock issues in our warehouse locations, with close coordination with our Finance, Production, and E-commerce team members.
• Manage cross-border and global logistics activities by coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders, and warehouses.
• Comparing sea freight shipping options for all shipments to lower costs.
• Coordinating with our logistics partners to transfer our inventory from our warehouses to the warehouses of our retail partners.
• Daily and weekly tracking of inventory levels across various locations: suppliers, freight forwarder and various warehouses.
• Support in inventory ordering, planning and forecasting.
• Find ways to improve logistics and inventory management through process improvement or technology/software.

• You will be working with our finance and production team, suppliers, freight forwarders.
• Salary: 16,000,000 to 24,000,000 VND month*, based on experience, work quality level and performance.

*Preferences, but not Requirements
• Degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration, economics, foreign trade or a related field
• 2+ years’ experience Procurement, Supply Chain, Global Logistics or related field.
• Excellent English communication skills, a high level of organization, and strong attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, reliable, and team spirit.
• Goal Oriented, Proactive and works with a sense of urgency.
• Results orientated, proactive takes responsibility, willing to learn and solve problems.
